International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Bergan, Raymond W. Teamster-monitor litigation in the Court of Appeals, 1960.

Memorandum exploring the appellate phase of litigation concerning the election of James R. Hoffa to the presidency of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. This memorandum attempts to explore in as close chronological order as possible the appellate phase of the litigation in an effort to gather in one integrated document the language of the appellate courts. Mr Bergan's purpose was to dispel the charge of "litigous obstruction" which he believed was irresponsible.
